One city. many markets
Vice Markets is a coin launchpad on Robinhood Chain. The original character coins are independent fan tokens inspired by GTA VI characters. Anyone can create a community coin paired with an approved character coin. The pairing asset is the currency used to buy, sell, and earn creator fees.
Character tokens do not grant ownership of characters, intellectual property, a share of Rockstar Games, or any claim against a publisher. Vice Markets is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Robinhood.
The protocol is based on Pons V2’s public Solidity contracts. Vice adapts its constant-product trading and fee accounting into permanent pools. Coins never migrate to another exchange.
Start with an idea
Optionally enter a dev buy in the selected character token. The router creates your coin and buys in one transaction; if the minimum output is not met, the entire launch reverts. Approve only the exact dev buy amount. The launching wallet receives the tokens and retains creator rights.
- Connect an Ethereum-compatible wallet and switch to Robinhood Chain, chain ID
4663. Hold ETH for network gas and the launch fee. - Choose a name, ticker, image, description, and an approved character pairing asset.
- Set an optional creator tax and choose whether to enable buybacks.
- Sign your image upload authorization, then review and sign the launch transaction.
The full supply is minted to the coin’s bonding curve. There is no team allocation or pre-sale. A creator can buy using the same curve as other participants. Supply, pairing, creator tax, and curve parameters are fixed for that launch.
The app pins the quoted launch economics in the transaction. The contract checks the exact economics before creating the pool. Supply, opening virtual reserve, launch fee, base fee and launch tax settings are constants.
Price follows the reserves
A curve holds the coin supply and its quote asset. Buying moves quote assets into the curve and coins out, raising the marginal price. Selling moves coins back and quote assets out. Large trades have more price impact.
The curve starts with virtual quote reserves to establish a nonzero opening price. These virtual reserves are used in pricing; they are not real funds and cannot be withdrawn. Quotes use the pricing reserves, excluding pending fees.
Slippage tolerance sets the worst rate your transaction may accept. A quote can change before confirmation. Pools remain open regardless of how much quote asset they collect.
A launch begins with a decaying buy-only anti-snipe tax. The reference Pons deployment was read with a 99% starting rate and a three-second window. The total is capped so that at least 1% of the input still reaches pricing. The launching address and creator fee recipient are exempt. Existing launches keep their snapshotted settings.
Pick your character
Original Vice character coins are launched against ETH. Community coins use an approved character token as their quote asset. You need that token to buy; selling returns the same token. An ERC-20 approval is required before spending it.
Every market cap and reserve is denominated in its pairing asset. A coin rising against its character token can still fall in ETH or dollar terms. Vice Markets does not treat different quote currencies as equivalent.
Only administrator-approved character coins can be used for new pairs. Removing approval stops new launches against that character; it does not rewrite existing launches.
THE NUMBERS, UP FRONT.
Reference economics below were read directly from the Pons V2 mainnet factory at block 62,444,398. The current on-chain configuration is authoritative at launch time.
| Parameter | Reference value |
|---|---|
| Launch fee | 0.0005 ETH, plus gas |
| Fixed supply | 1,000,000,000 tokens |
| Base trading fee | 1% |
| Creator tax | 0–10%, chosen at launch |
| Maximum ordinary trading fee | 11% including creator tax |
| Protocol share of base fee | 30% |
| Optional buyback allocation | 50% of the remaining 70% |
| Virtual reserve, native pair | 1.68 ETH |
| Virtual reserve, character pair | 1.68 character tokens |
| Opening market cap | 1.68 units of the pairing asset |
| Buyback vesting | Five years, linearly |
For a 1% base fee with buybacks enabled, 0.3% of the trade is the protocol share, 0.35% funds buybacks, and 0.35% goes to the creator. The creator tax is additional and goes entirely to the creator. With buybacks disabled, the creator receives the full post-protocol share.
Fees accrue in the pairing asset. A fee sweep distributes them to an escrow ledger, where recipients claim their own balances. Bought-back tokens are locked rather than burned, with a weighted five-year vesting schedule. Buybacks may be skipped when price impact would exceed the configured limit.
Network gas is separate from protocol fees. Failed transactions can still consume gas.
Your market stays here
Every coin has one permanent Vice Markets pool. The entire initial supply is available to its constant-product curve. There is no graduation threshold, migration transaction, separate liquidity allocation, or switch to another exchange.
The contracts expose no function for an administrator or creator to withdraw trading reserves or pause an existing pool. Trading exchanges assets according to the pool formula. Fee distribution moves only accrued fees; it does not remove trading reserves.
Permanent pools do not guarantee demand, liquidity depth, price stability, or a profitable trade.
What can change?
Creators can redirect future fee receipts and turn their buybacks on or off. The administrator can enable future launches, approve original character pairing assets, and rotate the fee sweep operator. Closing the launch gate or removing a pair approval leaves existing pools trading.
Creators cannot mint more tokens, freeze holders, increase their immutable creator tax, or withdraw pool reserves. Only the current creator fee recipient can transfer their fee rights or change their buyback setting. The protocol owner cannot seize those rights.
Token names and images are user-provided. An approved pairing asset or a listed coin is not a promise about its value.
