The service
Vice Markets is an interface to a token launch protocol on Robinhood Chain. It lets users create tokens and interact with independently signed blockchain transactions. Using the site does not create a custody, brokerage, advisory, or asset-management relationship. Your wallet controls the transactions you authorize.
Eligibility and lawful use
Use the service only if you are legally able to enter into these terms and your use is permitted where you are located. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, restrictions, reporting duties, and tax obligations. Do not use the service for fraud, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, laundering proceeds of crime, or any other unlawful purpose.
Transactions and fees
Check the network, token address, pairing asset, amount, fee, and slippage limits before signing. A confirmed blockchain transaction generally cannot be reversed by Vice Markets. Failed transactions may still consume network gas. Quotes are estimates and may change before execution.
Protocol fees, optional creator taxes, and network gas are separate charges. Creating a token fixes its economic parameters as described in the protocol documentation. You are responsible for checking the contract terms and any administrator powers before using a market.
Token risk
Tokens can lose all value. Their markets may be illiquid, volatile, manipulated, or unavailable. A bonding curve, liquidity lock, buyback mechanism, character image, or exchange listing does not promise value, liquidity, income, or a return. A token paired against another token carries exposure to both assets.
Smart contracts, networks, bridges, wallets, gateways, and infrastructure can fail or contain vulnerabilities. Network congestion or outages can delay transaction confirmation. Website availability does not guarantee network availability. Use only amounts whose loss you can bear.
Your content
You are responsible for coin names, tickers, descriptions, links, and images you submit. Submit only content you have the necessary permission or legal basis to use. Do not impersonate people or organizations, misrepresent endorsement, expose private information, distribute malicious links, or upload unlawful material.
By submitting launch content, you authorize its publication as part of the token metadata, storage on IPFS, display in the app, and distribution necessary to operate the market. On-chain and IPFS publication can be permanent. Removing a token from a website listing cannot erase its blockchain contract.
Character tokens and trademarks
Vice character coins are independent fan-created tokens. They are not official Rockstar Games products and are not shares, licenses, property rights, royalties, or ownership interests in a fictional character, game, publisher, or company. GTA and related names, characters, and artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders. Vice Markets is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Robinhood.
Interface moderation and protocol controls
The project may restrict access to the interface or remove listings when necessary for operation, security, or lawful handling of content. An interface listing decision does not change an immutable token contract or confiscate a holder’s tokens. Protocol administrators have the powers defined in the deployed contracts, including management of future launches and approved pairs, as described in the docs.
No promises of performance
The interface is provided on an “as available” basis. No guarantee is made about uninterrupted access, complete third-party information, token performance, or recovery of losses. Nothing on the website is a personalized recommendation to buy or sell a token. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Contact and changes
Contact the project through the official Vice Markets X account for service or content issues. Do not send wallet secrets. These terms may change as the service evolves. Review the dated version before creating a new launch.
